“BIRIBILDU” fast casual dining

Biribildu is a fast food restaurant with tasted reports in the Greek kitchen and designing reports in the wheel and in everything that rounds around itself. It sounds like ‘gyros’ (Greek specialize) which is the main product in the menu of the fast food restaurant.

There are reports in the magical world of the circus and the carousels with whom a scene in a place of 70m (square) with view to a coast area of Athens.

Two horses from the carousels welcome you, while they also put limits in the way that the customers moves in the restaurant. Three huge wooden boxes have been put in length and parallel with the facade and they inside hide the kitchen, the wc and the shed that want to be hidden from the customers reminding the transporting boxes for useful items of the circus Biribildu. Among them the cash desk, like the cage of a tiger, while above one box there is the wheel where there are the knives of mr Biribildu.

Left from the cash there is the serving place. Over it there are lights hanging in ornate iron work which attract the customers to see, choose and order from the menu of the open kitchen they are gonna meet.

Right from the cash there are two big tables in different height with chairs that invite the customers to sit and taste their decisions while lights with the miniatures of the circus tent are hanging above them. Behind the big tables there are wooden surfaces with posters, sketches and stamps with complete the atmosphere.

The wc are like the dressing room of the actors of Biribildu. The roof with reports to designs made of plaster of another age , the Mediterranean patterns from tiles that hug the vent, the floor in texture and in color that looks like wet sand (shavings) like these that use in the tent of the circus complete the scene.

The red and the yellow colors, colors-symbols for the circus appear a lot painting metal and wooden surfaces. At the outside area, barrels in red and yellow were made into stands that with the mix of the chairs, signs with lights, plants, being under of a huge colorful tent complete the welcome.
