Minas Kosmidis returns after 20 years to the first signature project of his career. This is an apartment on the old port, in the center of Thessaloniki, which is photographed after many years with the unique look of Ioanna Roufopoulou.

The apartment with abstract elegance, has not received any intervention from its owners, which is the greatest reward for the architect. The lack of color, the cleanliness of the lines and the simplicity of the furniture characterize the design of the particular compartment and create a balanced space. The volumetricity and the textures stand out against the color and other decorative elements, further emphasizing the purely architectural way in which the architect designed the floor plan of the house. The perfect combination of the individual elements of the apartment proves that good architecture remains timeless and contemporary in every era.
